If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a hassle-free return or exchange process to get you back to your music.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit.
- 3.Package the Cushions
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, attach the shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new replacement cushions within 3-5 business days.
